The Holston Foundation recently joined regional non-profits in celebrating National Philanthropy Day hosted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) in Knoxville. The Holston Foundation nominated Luke Colgrove and Jacob Hartman from Concord UMC, who were honored as the regional winners of the Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy award for their vision and creation of a community prayer garden and labyrinth. Beth Peacock, Board Chair and member of First Centenary UMC was also honored at the Holston Foundation’s table for her faithful leadership.
