Holston Foundation Leadership Transition
The Holston Foundation Board of Directors announces a change in leadership with the resignation of Paul Bowman as President and CEO.
Paul has faithfully served the Holston Foundation since 2012, first as Director of Gift Planning and then as Executive Director/President beginning in 2018.
We are deeply grateful for Paul’s dedicated service to the Holston Foundation, where he played a vital role in growing the Foundation’s impact and transforming it into a true ministry partner. His leadership helped increase assets, expand our reach, and support countless ministries both locally and internationally. We thank Paul for his years of commitment and wish him all the best in his next chapter.
The Board has named LeRae Edwards Collins as Interim President and CEO of the Holston Foundation. LeRae has served as Director of Communications since 2018, bringing a deep understanding and commitment to the Foundation’s work and values. Her extensive experience within The United Methodist Church—including roles at the local church, Holston Conference, and general agency levels—makes her uniquely equipped to guide the Foundation.
For over 40 years, the Holston Foundation has served as a partner in generosity for churches, ministries, and generous individuals across Holston and beyond. The Board is committed to the continued success of the Holston Foundation as it thrives and faithfully fulfills its mission.
